Sandy Ramlo joined the McAdams Law Office in November 2016.

A native of Minnesota, Sandy earned her Bachelor of Arts at South Dakota State University (SDSU) in 2000, majoring in English and minoring in Journalism. She continued her education at SDSU and earned her Master of Arts degree in American Literature in 2002 while working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. She continued to work as an adjunct instructor at SDSU before accepting a full time English Instructor position at Mid-Plains Community College in McCook, NE. Sandy later taught writing and literature courses for the University of Phoenix while living in California.

After moving to Colorado, Sandy attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver, Colorado, earning a Juris Doctorate law degree in 2016. While attending law school, she externed for a federal magistrate judge and worked as a student attorney helping clients in civil and workplace rights matters. Sandy then worked as a law clerk at Riley Law LLC, which handles employment and discrimination matters.

Since joining the McAdams Law Office, Sandy has represented clients in a variety of criminal defense court matters in both municipal court and county court: assault, domestic violence, theft, animal matters, driving under suspension (DUS), driving under revocation (DUR), speeding, reckless driving, careless driving, and child abuse.

Sandy also represents parents in Dependency and Neglect cases as a Respondent Parent Counsel, fighting to help reunite indigent parents with their children.

Sandy enjoys reading, writing, hiking, boating, and spending time with her family.
